Please no judgement

So my SO and I have been together for 6 years but were off and on prior to that so 10 years dealing with eachother atleast. We have one child and an angel baby ... we had problems with infidelity in 2016 ... he cheated with his ex and was having a full blown relationship practically behind my back ... I found out after a few months of them having sex and stuff ... I suspected it because I kept getting bacterial infections and the only other time I have got one was when an ex from high school cheated on me ... so heres my question. Since that whole cheating incident I have taken him back (this is why I said no judgement). And I truly believe he was sorry and I pray it doesn’t happen again (if it does I will leave - I promise lol) ... anyways fast forward to today ... I had a miscarriage last year ... and have been trying to get pregnant for a year now. Since he cheated I have had recurrent bacterial infections like I get rid of them and within a month it’s back I have tried everything: I have an appt scheduled in a couple weeks with my obgyn about fertility and the chronic bacterial infections but has anyone had this happen after a cheating incident ? Can it be him passing it back to me constantly ?
