Does anyone else get hot flashes and sensitive skin while on their period?
This period (amongst others) has me at drastic body temperature changes that I can hardly sleep or sit at a bar/restaurant comfortably. Ugh. I can’t hardly stand wearing clothes either because they just feel sensitive/awkward on my skin.
Does anyone else ever have these problems?
I’m 23 for reference, fit, have the copper IUD, no health problems and I get periods like this a few times a year. Other than that they’re quite normal.
Am I the only weirdo out there with these symptoms?
