SOS help diagnose

Ladies I need your help! I’m a young college girl, I have a boyfriend and we are active, and I have a situation. I feel like my bladder isn’t fully emptying anymore, it literally hurts to pee towards the end, and sometimes I get an insane urge to poddy when nothing put a couple painful drops come out. I don’t know if I have a UTI, a yeast infection, or something else entirely. How do I find out without going to a doctor?
