Im ready
I am on a journey to better health and I didn't realize how hard it would be to cut out all of the junk foods and start eating healthy. I don't sit and eat candy and I don't drink soda, but I also don't eat red meat, I don't eat fruits, and vegetables, everyday like I should. I drink way too much coffee and I love McDonalds. I literally eat chicken, fish, and all kinds of beans all the time. I would like to completely cut out all of the junk and eat the proper foods and drink the proper things everyday. It is very hard but I know I can do it. Ladies how many of you can admit you need to change your eating habits?
