Why??? Team no sleep

My daughter is 14 months old. She will not sleep. She wakes every hour in the night screaming, wailing, like something terrible has happened. I’ve tried night lights.. I tried co-sleeping but she still wakes up and screams... tried warm cereal before bed.... warm milk... changing nap times was a disaster...changing bed time was a disaster... is there something I’m doing wrong? She’s been doing this since 6 months old. It gets worse and worse. Up until 6 months old she slept through the night. I don’t get it. So now it’s 2:28 am and I’m downstairs with my daughter because my boyfriend has to work at 5am.
