SHOULD I WORRY???

Question

My baby is 4 weeks today & has been getting this “rash” lately all over her face. I know newborns have acne and sometimes get worse around this time but it looks so ugly and I’m just unsure if I really need to worry and call her pediatrician? 
* she never cries of pain nor does she have a fever.
Also if you have any recommendations or remedies for it, that would be very helpful.
*Im exclusively breastfeeding if that matters at all?

Really just looks like baby acne. Breast milk is okay for it. Don’t pick or pop, as it can cause scarring. Don’t scrub or wash often with soap, it will only encourage more oil production. Gently wipe once a day at most with a baby wipe (water wipes are good). They will go away very soon.

Put breastmilk on it! Honestly im sure its normal but trust your gut. If you think it’s doctor worthy, head on in! You’re your babys only advocate.

Could be baby acne or with my little one he reacts to the things I eat “breastfeed”. Before I cut dairy out he would always get a rash and bumps. And every so often when I eat something he’ll get a little rash. It goes away tho. Like everyone else said put breast milk on it. I use coconut oil as well.
