Am I in labor?

I’m not sure if I should head to the hospital. I lost my mucus plug last night and my contractions were irregular and very mild, barely even painful this morning but now they’re coming every 3 minutes. My whole belly hardens and I feel period like cramps in my lower belly but not super painful. Could I be in labor if they aren’t super painful?

I would say if you can power through the contractions and go about your business it’s not labor yet. If you can’t sleep through them, go ahead and head to the hospital.

I’d call and or go in. You could have a high pain tolerance. With my first I came in 4min a part and dilated 6cm. The nurses were shock that I was acting normal. I gave birth that same night.

Im not sure since im a ftm myself but if they seem to be getting stronger it sounds like real contractions. BH dont intensify. Try drinking some water and laying down. If they dont go away then go in

Ah I’m in the same boat!!!! I’m getting BAD Braxton Hicks but the pain is intensifying. Mine aren’t under 5 minutes yet but getting more and more!
