Spotting since last night

So i got a positive pregnancy test yesterday morning and took another in the afternoon (the one posted here) and i started spotting last night the test i took this morning looked a little lighter. 4 different time ive gone to the bathroom and had this into today. Its usually gone in 2 wipes. In having dull period like cramps in my vagina and lower stomach and it feels like my period is going to come, but im just spotting. Should i be concerned? The docs estimated me to be about 4 weeks 5 days. My period was due any day now, which makes me concerned about this spotting. Have you all experienced spotting and cramps after a positive pregnancy test and still had a normal healthy pregnancy? Im so terrified of miscarrying. This is my rainbow baby, since my miscarriage 7 years ago.
