I’m a newbie mama
I’m new to vegan lifestyle and need tips! Advice as well on making sure I do this correctly since I’m also exclusively breastfeeding a 8 week old baby. I still take prenatal vitamins, take B12, and have been making some really tasty vegan dinner dishes. I cut out dairy and meat a little over a week ago and I feel great! Just a little worried I won’t be taking in what I need.
