Better health for healthy baby

I just hit 14 weeks on Monday... started going back to the gym to get my strength back and overall feel better... i havent been to the gym since i found out i was pregnant at 5 weeks. I need to change my eating habits but im hoping to get "in shape" before i deliver my baby at 38 weeks... i guess im just looking for encouraging words and someone who is in a similar situation
