Did you give birth....?

Please share your experiences. Also i was curious since i’ma first time mom if i get induced exactly on my due date or after? Im due July 4th & would love my baby to hopefully come exactly on that day even if it means being induced. Is that a dumb thing to ask for? When were your due dates & when did you actually give birth/go into labor. Please share 😁

I'd be wary of the results, when you don't put an option for poll people just pick one ar random to see the results. I've read about 2% of people give birth on their due date if that helps :)

With my first I was induced at 38+3 due to preeclampsia. If all is healthy you can go till 42 weeks before being induced. I personally don’t like being induced so unless medically necessary I will not do it. My second was 40+1 and my third was 41+2, both came on their own.

Late with all three. My doctors refused to induce me early or on time. They said it wasn’t allowed unless there was a medical reason. I have a holiday birthday and it’s not cool 👎🏼

Went into labor 9 days after due date but labor took forever so didn’t have him till 10 days past due date. Ironically He was born 6 hours before my scheduled induction lol

My first was late by 5 days. I was due June 29th & he was born July 4th. My 2nd was 4 weeks early at 36 weeks. With both my water broke.

My water broke on my due date but contractions never started so I had pitocin started and delivered the next morning

I went labor at exactly 41 weeks and delivered the next day.
