Weird abdominal spasm (painless)???

So lately I have been having this very weird feeling in my abdominal wall when I am laying down/adjusting in bed, it literally feels exactly as if someone is taking 3 fingers and giving me a good jab in the belly about 4 inches below my left breast. The first time it happened I nearly jumped out of my bed because I felt as though someone had reached over and poked me! It’s painless and only replicated when I turn/ adjust a certain way to use a certain muscle group. I have had one pregnancy before and I do not have any separation of my abdominal muscles and I am only 8 weeks pregnant so it is definitely NOT a baby kicking... has anyone had this happen?
