Labor regrets??

Wondering if any of you mamas regret the way you went about your labor.   Or maybe you wished you tried something differently?

I wouldn’t necessarily say I regret it but there are some things I learned. 
1. IV pain meds are NOT worth it. They didn’t help much at all and they made me feel out of it. I will skip IV meds this time and just get the epidural if I feel like I’m not coping. 
2. Being stuck in bed sucks. I’ll fight a little harder this time to avoid internal monitoring so I can be up moving around. 
3. I will wait to go in this time. Even if my water breaks I’ll wait the six hours at home instead of at the hospital. At least at home I can sleep in my bed and eat a snack.

I’m gonna get a rude comment back I know but oh well. I regret breast feeding in the OR. I was a first time mom and a scheduled csection due to breech. I know how important breast feeding is ( I’m a nurse too and understand timelines etc so save the comments ) but it was already overwhelming in the operating room and once they placed him on my chest I was so relaxed and happy and then a lactation nurse who I hadn’t met prior came in and was instantly squeezing my boob trying to get him to latch. It felt forced and he was struggling. Not even 10 minutes into being a mother and I felt like a failure. #invertednipples. It just felt so forced and rushed. Wish I would have waited till the recovery room. I had him with me from the csection non stop too so it wasn’t like they took him away.

With my first daughter I regretted accepting Demoral for pain relief. It screwed me up so bad and drugged me so hard that I don’t even remember pushing her but I remember still feeling pain and not being able to tell anyone because my tongue was stuck to the roof of my mouth. I was drugged out of my mind.

Im trying laboring in water this time. If the hospital allows. Getting epidural to soon. I never got to truly feel my contractions that and the medicine finished right when I went into labor

I don't regret much...I wish I would've washed off my makeup before going to the hospital(ended up with racoon eyes for the pictures) and I wish I had listened to the nurse when pushing(I think I tore because I was in such a hurry to deliver!) What I would like to do differently is shower before going to the hospital, laboring at home longer, staying more upright and active during labor, and accepting more help and "babying" while in the hospital.

I regret letting them break my water so early (after 12 hours out of 36) I regret not getting in the shower sooner and I regret getting the fentanyl through IV for pain management before the epidural after they broke my water. 
This time I’ll be going all natural or if I don’t feel like I can handle the pain I’ll start out with the epidural
