I work at a cellphone shop and the owner has various stores so they schedule everyone at different locations. About three months ago he hired a guy and gave him a store where he will be at and just about 2 months ago I’ve been scheduled there to cover the morning shifts. Every time I am there he goes in walks around the store goes to the back and watches me from the cameras he comes out and tries to tell me what I already know. His visits make me uncomfortable, I’ve asked other people that work at that store if he does the same thing with them but it turns out that its only with me. My sister says Im exaggerating and my manager says that as well. At this point I don’t know what to do or how to feel about it. Let me know what you all think.
