Just started new job and..
Found out I was pregnant the same night! Period came a week late the month prior so I figured it was late again from job searching stress but sure enough two tests came back positive.. I just got a job as a care giver for developmentally disabled individuals.. this position doesnt require any heavy lifting besides regular things like grocery shopping.. Any moms out there that have tips on staying energetic for work during pregnancy? Husband works day shift and I work 4 to midnight so we dont have to put my son in daycare. So I may also be lacking a little on sleep I'll maybe get 8 hours if I'm lucky but probably more so 6 hours most nights since my son is an early riser. Any energy saving tips/ work-life balance tips are appreciated!
