Diastasis Recti and Pregnancy
I have Diastasis Recti terribly due to my c-section with baby #1. Apparently this is the cause of my severe hip, back, and pelvic pain. Doc prescribed a medical grade support belt. Praying this helps!! I have been miserable! 😩
