I feel awful 😭😭😭

There was a pint glass in the living room and I went to get it off my lo and as he picked it up and as I went to get it he dropped it and smashed it and fell straight on top of it cut all his feet, blood all over the floor and myself, took him up and he had to have an X-ray but luckily it was on a small cut under his toe but it just bled loads!! They put a plaster on it and said he was fine to go home.

I feel extremely to blame and just feel so awful all I want to do is cry! I can't stop going over what happened!! I feel like the worst mum ever!
