Had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 7 days seen one baby and then at my 8 weeks ultrasound I asked to make sure there is just one and my ultrasound  tech stopped looked at me and showed me the screen found out then it was identical twins.

Yes as it happened to me just shy of 7weeks. It’s rare and not the norm.

Yes! My cousin had an early ultrasound (not sure the week) and they only saw one, but then found out twins at her 20 week!

They missed mine at 6+3 weeks. I didn't find out until 16 weeks!
