Help please

Soooo ... for the last week my 6mo babe and I have been battling HFM . It’s been awful.

AND a few days ago my nipples started to get very painful and cracked. They aren’t really bleeding but look! Help, could we have gotten Thrush from our immune system being down because of Hand Foot Mouth ? I recently was doing a very low carb diet and then started eating carbs and sugar again during the holidays and while I’ve been sick... maybe that’s it ?

I’m in a lot of pain and DREAD feeding my babe!

Sorry they aren’t the best pics. Trying to see a dr but don’t have means of transportation AND we’re HIGHLY contagious so avoiding leaving the house .
