I need help!! Breastfeeding tips ??

Hi you guys !!

Im a ftm and i need breastfeeding tips.

My lo is currently 7 weeks. He’s been drinking b.m from a bottle since he was born due to a tongue tie and lip tie that was diagnosed by 4 weeks. I had trouble getting him to latch and since his tongue|lip was clipped his latch has improved. I do have some concerns tho, and i was wondering if anybody can help me. Every time i get him to nurse he takes about 20 minutes and he unlatches himself and beings getting fussy so i burp him. After all that he seems content after. He stays awake for almost 20 minutes maybe a little longer and he starts his hunger cues and the cycle beings again. It last almost an 1hr or maybe more until he’s finally asleep. Once he’s ko, i wait 5-15 minutes to pump because i feel like he doesn’t fully empty my breast and I almost get 2oz from the breast he had nursed from. there’s times where he nurses and falls asleep i pump and maybe 5 minutes later he cries and i give him the ebm and he ko’s. I sometimes feel like he’s not getting enough milk but I can definitely hear him swallow and once my let downs begins he does a clicking sound but only when my let down beings. I guess my question is, is that normal that i have to go through all that ? O.o and have you ever gone through that, what are your tips / advice? Also, any home remedies to treat thrush?
