Coffee is magical
Guys, before I got pregnant, I had a pretty decent caffeine addiction (as most people in the social work field do 😂). My entire first trimester I had zero caffeine. My second trimester I allowed myself some here and there. My third trimester has been a real struggle. I have been allowing myself one caffeinated beverage about 3x a week. Well, this week I have been riding the struggle bus...hard. I sleep well at night (surprisingly), but cannot focus on my work and just want to nap during the day. I had 6oz of coffee this morning and I feel like a new human. Haha. I have accomplished so much before 10 AM, and I am even going to put on REAL clothes and go buy some bath mats. I say, as long as I can keep it under my 200mg a day, coffee gets to stay in my life. This momma needs to function! 😂
