Yes, I only had one mature follicle at 18 mm, had an immature follicle at 13 mm and triggered the next day, and iui 37 hours after trigger and ended up with twins. Didn’t think it was going to work at all. It was my 4th iui cycle, and had had many more dominant follicles on previous cycles. I think the timing of the iui is the most important factor, not the number of follicles. Just my opinion!

My first IUI I had one follicle at 23 mm. It did not take so I have been upped to 7.5 mg Femara.
