HS breakout and pregnant! Help!

So I have hidradanitus superativa and have for a very long time. Usually my boils were associated with my periods and how I was eating. Luckily this entire pregnancy I’ve been fine. Now late in my pregnancy I have the biggest boil of my life and it is so painful I can barely walk or sit. It’s ruining my pregnancy for me right now. Anyone know safe ways to treat during pregnancy? In the past I never had to use anything but I can’t live with this any longer. Any advice or help would be great!! 😔
