Cramps/pressure

I’m 30 weeks today and since this morning I’ve had period like cramps (constant not like contractions) with some low pressure/back pain and a terrible stomach ache (like hot burning type of stomach ache). I emailed my dr and she said all is normal unless it begins to worsen or get “painful” and to try to rest and drink lots of water (which I have been doing all day now). Has anyone had this? I’m a little concerned but not sure if I’m just being a big baby 🤷🏻‍♀️
