I’m sad.
For the past month or so I have been sad and i don’t know why. Like just getting out of bed is completely draining. My appetite has changed and I’m only eating one small meal a day. After a two hour class I’m coming home and taking a four hour nap. I don’t have the motivation to do my homework or even make plans to see friends. I feel like crying every minute of the day. I don’t know why i feel like this because i don’t really have any reason to. Everything is my life is going pretty good yet i mentally feel like complete sh-t.
