So there is the guy in a group of mine and he's a senior. He's really weird and makes gross jokes all the time so my friends and I got very worried when he started going after an eighth grader. We think it's super creepy but we're not sure if this is anything that needs to be reported since he's got a reputation for being a perv. Anyone got an opinion?
