Progesterone level help?

Hi all, I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I don’t have any of the physical symptoms but have the hormone imbalance and irregular periods. I have an appointment at a fertility clinic on Tuesday but have been having blood tests to check my progesterone levels each month.

The first month my level was 1 and the second was 2, indicating that I didn’t ovulate those months. I had another test on Thursday and the result was 30.

Does this mean that I have ovulated this month? Does anyone know if this is a good level?
