3 day Late

Here is the rundown. Hubby and I "intertwined" every day during my ovulation week (we were on vaca is the only reason this worked out lol) started feeling a little off about 7 dpo. Had my annual lady exam a day before AF was supposed to come. Thought im sure this will cause it to come a day early. Spotted for like an Hour and then it went away. Still feeling weird and have a never ending uncomfortable stomach aching. Back is tender, no breast pain, small waves of nausea and pinching in my right hip area. Still getting Bfn's...this is stressful.
