Cheating/Open Relationship

I cheated on my boyfriend of 8 years after he ruined one of the most important days to me. I don't regret cheating at all. He has forgiven me and we have moved past it. Ever since that night I have been feeling like an open relationship would be a better option for us. I have this desire for attention from other people even though I still love him. I just don't know what to do.
