Subchorionic hemorrhage? 13 weeks* 😭☹️🤯

Late yesterday evening I’m driving in car on my way home.

And I’m thinking to myself feels like I’m peeing on myself...

I make it home and use the bathroom and to my horror I see blood in my underpants and in the toilet I also passed a clot.

Immediately I go to the ER and they run blood test. Everything came back normal.

Did a pelvic exam my cervix is closed and found a fetal HR then also proceeded with an ultrasound which showed my baby moving around and he/she apparently had the hiccups lol.

This is my first pregnancy so I am concerned is this a sign of a possible miscarriage? I’m not sure what the risk are nor do I know anyone whose ever experienced bleeding during pregnancy?

I have a doctors appointment next Thursday I’m just hoping for the best.
