This is the one I have. 
I LOVE it. The front pocket is an insulated cooler and has a pocket for a tablet, multiple big inside pockets and a changing pad and outside pockets. 
The selling point for me was how comfy and cushioned the straps are

For on the go I prefer the diaper backpacks. I lugged the over the shoulder one around for a couple weeks and got tired of it to be honest, but that's just my opinion. Now I just use the bag if we're taking a trip or something.
