Breast growth? (Nipple size) (TMI)

Hello everyone! I am 17 and 32B. I am just wondering, is nipple growth/expansion an indication of my breasts still growing? Yesterday my nipples were half the size they are now and more shrinked looking, now they are softer and take up a greater area of my breasts, about double they did yesterday, like they are stretched. Also they are a bit lighter in color. What could it mean?

My period starts in 2 weeks.
