Tampon lost??? I think.. HELP

So i got really drunk and idk if lost a tampon.. my boyfriend said he doesnt know if i took it out but he remembers me mentioning it to him..

So its been a couple of days and im starting to get this bad smell like im on my period.. i been trying to stick my fingers in there and feel it but i can't..

But 2 days ago me and my boyfriend were having sex and i was on top and i got this pain that he was stabbing me and it hurt and i told him and i feel like its to far to get it.. idk what to do!!..

Someone help!!

Should i go to the doctor??? Im worried.
