My ex(not my daughter father) still calls my daughter his daughter. We do have a son together that he barely see only when it’s convenient for him. We broke up about 9 months ago.. is it still ok for him to be calling her his daughter after we break up?

Okay, so, I read your response to the first comment. 
You guys were only dating for a year and she was/is very young, so no I do not think he should still be calling her his daughter. It would be different if you guys had been together for many years and she grew up with him but that’s not the case. 
Also, I agree with her dad- it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. It can be very very confusing to children in the situations. I’m not trying to sound like a b*tch so please don’t take it that way. But what happens when your next partner is referred to “dad” and then when you guys break up he wants nothing to do with her? Then she will feel that pain and rejection from him and she doesn’t deserve that. I’ve seen it happen way to many times. Don’t let your kids call someone else dad that you haven’t been in a serious longgggg term relationship with or married to and definitely never push it on them. If you’re with somebody 5, 10 years and your kids decide on their own that they want to refer to him as dad, then by all means, let them. But letting them and/or telling them to call your partner “dad” when y’all have only been together for a little bit is only setting your children up to be hurt.
