Slow rise HCG levels?

Question

Can anyone tell me what their experience has been in HCG levels? It seems like mine are slow rising. I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow but I’m so nervous. They are monitoring me for ectopic pregnancy. This is my 1st pregnancy. The draw before that was:
12/31 - 91
1/4 - 497
1/09 - 1444
1/11 - 2371

Believe it or not, time of day also matters.  However, they look for a 60% increase, which means you're still good.  An actual doubling is just awesome.  Just continue to monitor, I'm sure all is well.

For some people it can take up to 72 hours to double. Usually if it takes longer than that is when the issues arise. Yes it’s more common to rise after 48 but with any search you do you’ll see it says 48-72 hours because it is still okay to double within 72 hours which yours are.

Update: the numbers weren’t rising enough for my doctor. I started having excruciating pain an hour before my scheduled ultrasound. The ultrasound was SO painful, the doctor diagnosed an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube. They told me to go to the hospital and that my doctor would meet me there for surgery. They wanted to remove the tube because all the fluid they saw in the ultrasound but luckily they were able to save the tube and just remove the pregnancy.

I’m confused, those seem to be doubling ever two days and that is normal. They look fine to me?
