I want my rainbow baby to be ok

I’m 12 weeks pregnant, I had a miscarriage in July. Last night I didn’t know if I had cramps or it was just gas honestly. This morning I woke up to this in the bed, I went to use the restroom there were two very small I mean very small blood clots and when I wiped there was a bit of orange-ish red-ish brown-ish mucus’s stuff that was on the paper, when I looked in the toilet there was no blood at all, now I’m not saying I’m freaking out, but I’m a little worried. I really want this baby to be ok but I don’t know if this is normal or not, please comment if this is ok or if something’s wrong.
