So my boyfriend and I have a life together( rent an appt, have a cat, etc) and have dated for around 3 years but lately I’m just so sensitive to his immaturity. He says he “loves to get on my nerves” and now I’m contemplating breaking up with him based on how much he constantly acts like a child. Anyone gone thru this? I’m 23 he’s 22

You don’t need to tell him.
Just a day off to clear your mind, get a better perspective of the situation. Ask yourself, how bad is it annoying you? Is it him or you?
Just a small break 
Tell him you’ll be busy with you family, go get ice cream or something.

Honey yes. I am 19 and my boyfriend is 21. We also live together and have a puppy together. It is so hard when guys don’t get it. Remember we mature so much faster then they do and trust me I constantly have to remind myself of this all the time. You should talk to him about how you’re feeling. I am way more sensitive then my man. He is basically a robot compared to me. If you love him and I assume you do then I would try to talk it out. And remember Rome wasn’t built in a day. Things take time.

OMG. Yes! Now I love playfulness too, but I get anxious if the adults don’t act like adults (as well as the fact that the idea of mommy-ing some guy is a total turn off).
