Dreams of the ex

He left in 2016. Packed up and moved out while I was at work. He was pretty much gone when I got home. He didn't spend another night here. Recently I have been having dreams where I am home and hes leaving again. I'm watching him pack and begging him not to do this. His dad is yelling at me telling me that he had always hated me. They are so vivid. I haven't heard anything from him since August so what's going on? Please help me figure it out.
