Any nursing Mama's dealing or have delt with insomnia?? Some nights I lay in bed, eyes closed for ever. Seriously!! The last time I will look at the time it'll be anywhere between 3:30- 5:00!!!! I'm not on my phone no TV. I started drinking Sleepytime tea, defusing every oil that is for sleep or relaxation, and taking a Benadryl. Last night I was still awake at 2:30. Seriously just laying in bed with my eyes closed......HELP!!! What can I take while nursing??? I can live off of 3 hours of sleep!!!
