Std??? I can’t see a doctor

I had protected sex 1 week ago and like now the skin right around my vaginal opening is getting soar and I haven’t been getting very wet like normal it’s just dry. Could this be an indicator of an std? I can’t go to a doctor bc I can’t tell my parents.

If u dont mind me asking how old are you? And the reason why im asking is because if your able to drive or get someone you trust to take u to a clinic. As long as you tell them you dont want anyone to know they will keep everything private!
