Ember as a girl's name?

Was thinking of girl names tonight and I've always loved Winter. But then came across Ember. And I've just kinda fallen in love with that name! Not sure if it would make a better first or middle. And trying to think of a first or middle that would go with it! What do yall think? 😊😊😊
P.S. was thinking something that means day/night or sun/moon...?

I LOVE ember moon! Beautiful! 
I kept my middle names short. My first sons is James, my second is George. This baby we're going with Olivia Jade, or Robert Alan.
