need your advice

hi my bf and I have been using the pull out method, we had sex on my fertile window and he was said he was onto it. Should I be worried? I’m not feeling myself, I’ve been pregnant twice and I’ve had this lethargic, unmotivated feeling which I have now. And getting cramps like I need to shit haha. Helppp
