feels like cut on inner labia?

since about saturday it feels like i have a cut on my inner right labia. i don’t see anytbing at all but when i touch a certain spot it hurts slightly and when i wipe. it doesn’t hurt when i sit walk run or do anything else. if i cut myself shaving would it have healed by now? i don’t know what else it could be from. its not herpes or anything like that there’s no visible sore or cut it just feels like one
