Induction experiences

Hi ladies. I’ll be being induced tomorrow morning at 37 weeks as I have gestational diabetes and my baby is measuring small (about 33 weeks). I’ve read every page I can find on what happens and what they do. I had a sweep on Monday, my bishop score was 6 and have since lost my mucous plug. But I’d love to know what some of your actual experiences of induction are here in the UK and I’m particularly interested in if you had GD and were insulin controlled. were you kept in? Did your partners stay? Thanks 💙
