Symptoms before BFP??

I have stage 4 Endo and have a large cyst on my left ovary. I had extensive surgery 2 years ago but only been TTC for 5 months when my Mirena was removed. The two week wait each month is causing me so much stress and anxiety. Each time the symptoms are different and I convince myself it will be positive! This month incredibly painful boobs and less cramps. Last month nausea and painful cramps. I know everyone is different but I’d be interested to know what symptoms (if any) you guys had before your BFP???
