Need advice, 38 weeks membrane sweep

had a membrane sweep done today due to baby measuring big and blood pressure issues. My induction date is next Wednesday but I want to go I to labor on my own if possible. I had it done around 2:30 today. Been having stronger more regular contractions cramping and lower back pain. Ya know all the good stuff haha. Basically I feel really nauseous, shaky and a little flush as well. And during contractions it feels like my lady bits are swelling? Not sure if that makes sense but it's the only way I know how to describe it. I dont know when I should go to L&D. My contractions arent really that painful but definitely more noticeable and stronger than before. But I have always had frequent contractions that would be regular for awhile then stop. I've already been to the hospital twice and really want to make sure it's the real deal before I go in again. Any advice or things I should look out for? Should I wait til they are really painful?
