Fertility meds

So may 2018 I had a miscarriage and I had no idea I was pregnant. December 31st 2018 I found out I was pregnant and had my first appointment coming up on the 24th. Just a week ago I was so nauseous and sick. 3 days ago I started bleeding. Pretty bad. And it only got worse. Then confirmed it was another miscarriage. I’m so crushed. My heart is so broken. I thought I was gonna have a belly and a baby. In just a few days I would’ve been 2 months. I’ve been very depressed these past few days and trying to drown myself in happiness yet I find myself depressed af. I had them test my thyroid since I’ve had a ridiculous period my whole life besides when I was on the pill and my mom and grandma had something wrong with theirs. I obviously don’t want to go back on the pill. My thyroid is fine. My aunt has pcos and looking into it online it sounds a lot like a what I deal with. I know I can get pregnant I just don’t want another loss. Will a over the counter fertility pill work? Help me ovulate as normal as well? Help me carry and make my body a better, healthier place to carry ? I just want try again as soon as possible. I want to know some pills that helped anyone of you
