Opinions!!! Plz read!

I want my kids to be very close in age so they can get along. I had my baby November 30th 2018 and I want to start trying again in March so I can possibly have one in December after my first child is a year old. Some people say I will hate it but that’s not the point. I’m nervous that my boyfriend and our families are going to judge us though if we try for another. I want four kids eventually (not right now though) I want two right now and then when I get where I want to be in life have to more. My boyfriend and I are both currently 19, we OWN our own home remodeled it and everything, we both have cars that were paying for along with insurance, we pay all of our bills, including phones, WiFi etc.. I have a fulll time job as a phlebotomist at the hospital and he has a full time job working at a company... what’re your guys thoughts? I’m just so nervous of what our families would think.
