Coming off implant

Sorry to bother anyone,

I have a child (nearly 3 years old)

I lost a baby shortly after as my body unfortunately wasn't ready for another pregnancy, I had a horrible pregnancy and birth with my child, so I immediately got the implant in to prevent anymore miscarriages.

My partner and I decided that we want to try for another baby, so I got my implant took out.

I had no periods on my implant, got one as soon as I came off it and missed it ever second month.

Wondering how long after the implant can I fall pregnant.
