Does anyone know how to get of this??

I was having sex in the car with my SO (dk how that happened lol) & my legs were rubbing against his seats when I was on top and his chairs are leather so when I woke up the next morning I have a cut and idk how to get rid of it.. it’s so ugly. Does anyone know what to do to remove this from a leather material chair. Ik someone will start by saying don’t have car sex... yea sure 😭😭but let’s be serious here lol. It also burns
